hi, i’m rosie.
I’m a wildly curious being with an insatiable thirst for transformation.
I grew up as a bookish science nerd and studied a degree in Natural Sciences. I didn’t have any spiritual beliefs until I had a psychedelic-induced mystical experience, during which my consciousness left my body. In that moment, my entire framework of reality turned inside out.
I spent many hours reading trip reports on reddit and trawling scientific journals to try and make sense of what happened, but nothing made sense. Eventually, I turned to ancient wisdom traditions and came across descriptions of mystical states of consciousness that resonated more than anything I’d read so far.
My quest for answers led me to study a masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology, Spirituality and Consciousness, where I took modules on nature of consciousness, shamanistic psychology, psychedelics and enthogens, multidimentional trauma and the psychological basis of spiritual and mystical practices. I received a first for my research dissertation on psychedelic integration.
During this time, I also embarked on a deep personal healing journey. I processed years of trauma, depression, anxiety, disordered eating and addiction. I learnt the art of navigating the labyrinth of the psyche. I worked with plant medicines and learnt other healing modalities like sound healing, shadow work, parts work, dreamwork, reiki and reading Tarot. I collected the tattered fragments of myself and unearthed soul gifts.
I know the territory of personal transformation. I am a map carrier, a bridge builder and a shapeshifter.
It would be my greatest honour to walk alongside you while you navigate the landscape of psychedelic integration, shadow work, or blossoming into your unique creative potential.
